Our Party buses can host almost any size party you might have. We have busses that range from 12-14 passengers, all the way up to seating 34. We have busses designed strictly for weddings, some designed for elaborate parties and some hybrids that fit anywhere in between!  We can custom taylor your experience around almost any request you may have.

We do not require minimum number of hours on trips(except for holidays and Derby day. Here at Elegant Excursions, we can not be beat for what our party busses have to offer. We offer trips that are shorter than the standard minimums. Pricing will fluctuate on those events depending upon the amount of time and the logistics.  Standard Party Bus rates start at $170.00/hr ( Monday-Thursday), $190.00/hr Fridays and Sundays, $215.00/hr on Saturdays. There is an additional charge during the prime seasons, March-April-May and September-October. All rates exclude a driver gratuity. We can add the driver gratuity into the price if you wish to have an all-inclusive price. Call for prime season and holiday pricing. We offer discounts after 4 hours and we offer a 3.5hr split trip (perfect for dinners with friends or concerts) starting at $720.00 for Monday through Thursday,starting at $800.00 on Fridays and Sundays, starting at $860.00 on Saturdays. In the split trip we can drive you around in the party bus for a couple hours visiting some of your friendly establishments, then drop you at your favorite place to party until you text us to return to get you home safely. You will get up to 3.5 hours of actual bus time. This way you are not paying for all of down time for the bus that you are not using. The down-time typicall needs to be at least 2 hours. We do offer excursions that are less than the minimum hours, just call for pricing of short trips and Holiday rates.
